How long is a gift card valid for?
Catapult Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The recipient can choose to redeem their gift anytime within this one year period.

Can I use my gift card for LIVE or CONSULT?
Catapult Gift Cards are valid only for personal subscriptions and do not cover Team Subscriptions, Catapult LIVE or Catapult CONSULT.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift card purchases.
Gift cards and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
